The blend of the 2021 vintage is made up of40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 49% Merlot, 6% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petit Verdot
The 2021 vintage was aged for 16 months in oak barrels, 45% of which were new barrels.
12bouteilles' advice: If you like young wines, on the fruit and on the crunch, do not hesitate to taste this bottle without waiting. Decant the bottle at least 3 hours before, serve the wine chilled around 18°c. It will go wonderfully with your red meats, your cheeses.
