Bordeaux - Pauillac - 2nd Wine - Red Wine -The 2019 vintage of Echo de Lynch Bages is a wine with a very nice freshness, a nice balance between black fruits and silky tannins on the finish.
To the eye, the color is purple with purple reflections
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blackcurrant, cherry, then notes of cedar.
On the palate, we are charmed by the balance of the wine, which combines power and fine finesse. The wine is long, full with crisp and silky tannins.
More accessible than its big brother Chateau Lynch Bages, it is nonetheless a real Pauillac wine, rich, powerful and elegant.
Blend: 46% Merlot, 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Cabernet Franc
The advice of 12bouteilles : Keep in your cellar but if you come to open this magnificent bottle, decant it for at least 3 hours, serve the wine chilled around 18°C. It will go perfectly with your red meats and firm cheeses.
