To the eye, the color is purple with purple highlights
The nose is very aromatic, it is the black fruits that emerge, blackcurrant, cherry, then woody and vanilla notes
On the palate, the attack is frank, very fruity, associated with a beautiful length and freshness. The wine is long, full with ripe tannins.
The blend of the 2021 vintage is composed of 56% Merlot, 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% de Petit Verdot et 1% Cabernet Franc.
This blend was early and the wines were aged in French oak barrels, 65% of which were new wood
12bouteilles's advice : Decant the bottle for at least 2 hours, serve the wine chilled around 18°C. It will perfectly accompany your red meats, your cheeses, why not a well-seasoned Italian beef tartare.
