This 2021 vintage is a full-bodied, powerful wine with a lot of precision and delicacy typical of the great wines of the Margaux appellation. It can age for many years in your cellar.
With great freshness on the palate, supple tannins and a beautiful aromatic length, we were seduced by the balance of the wine between the red fruits, tannins and the remarkable acidity of this bottle.
The blend of the 2021 vintage is composed of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, 8% Cabernet Francs et 5% Petit Verdot
the aging was 14 months in French oak barrels, 60% of which were new.
12bouteilles' advice : Decant at least 2 hours before tasting, this still young wine will go wonderfully with your red meats and game.
