The Cabernet Sauvignon dominates, accounting for almost 90% of the blend. The wine is well-balanced, with silky tannins, a lovely freshness and crisp fruit.
To the eye, the wine is an intense red colour with violet highlights
On the nose, black fruits emerge, blackcurrants and cherries, followed by woody and vanilla notes
On the palate, the attack is straightforward and fruity, combined with a lovely freshness and harmonious length.
The blend of the 2021 vintage is made up of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot.
The 2021 vintage was matured for 18 months, 100% in new barrels.
