Provence - Côtes de Provence - Rosé wine -M de Minuty Rosé 2021 is a very fresh cuvée produced by the Minuty house, one of the most prestigious domains of the Côtes de Provence. The 2021 VintageA superb wine for pleasure: fresh, pleasant, perfect from aperitif to dinner.
M de Minuty 2021 Rosé - Tasting note:
Appearance: Light and shiny.
Nose: Very intense with gourmet aromas of orange peel and gooseberry.
Mouth: Supple with a nice acidic freshness.
The M range is produced in the purest Minuty style, the perfect harmony between freshness, respect for the fruit and intensity of flavors.
The 70 ha vineyard is remarkably located on the peninsula of St-Tropez. Concerned about the environment, Minuty wines are made from carefully selected grapes from vines grown organically. M de Minuty Rosé comes from a blend of 50% Grenache, 35% Cinsault, 15% Tibouren.
The advice of 12bouteilles: This superb pleasure rosé can be enjoyed very chilled, between 8°C and 10°C, as an aperitif or around a pistou soup, raw vegetables, grilled meats, prawn skewers, apricot tart. The M range is a real moment of happiness to share with friends, the extension of the holidays.
