Chateau Minuty Cuvée 281 2022 is the exceptional plot cuvée of Château Minuty. Available in very limited quantities, this cuvée is one of the best rosés in the world. The property takes the greatest care in the development of this micro-production of cuvée 281, the 2022 vintage is sublime.
The colour: a very pale, slightly orange pink colour.
The nose: very expressive, we find notes of white flowers, peach and summer fruit.
The palate : The aromatic palette is impressive, notes of pear, peach and hints of honey. The proximity to the sea gives an incredible salinity and aromatic palette on the palate (pear, yellow peach and hints of honey). The plot is located near the sea which brings perfect iodized notes to this cuvée. The texture is velvety, the wines are very expressive.
Operated in sustainable agriculture, the vineyard of Minuty extends on the schistous terroirs of the maritime border with a south-west exposure in the Côtes de Provence appellation.
An exceptional rosé wine to be reserved for large gastronomic meals!

The origin of the name of the Cuvée: For the record, the number 281 is the pantone code for this blue halfway between the light blue of the sky of Provence and the dark blue of the Mediterranean Sea and which beautifully decorates this prestigious bottle. It is these 2 blues that can be contemplated from the tasting cellar of the Minuty estate located on the peninsula of Saint-Tropez.
