Provence - Côtes de Provence - Rosé wine -In this 2023 vintage, Château Minuty Rose et Or is for us one of the great rosés of the vintage.
The wines are greedy, fresh, round and chiselled, with a lovely salinity, a superb cuvée from the maison Minuty. A blend of Grenache 80%, Syrah 10%, Cinsault 5%, Tibouren 5% this is a superb cru, a complex and vibrant rosé, a great bottle signed by Château Minuty.
This Rose et Or cuvée is an Estate wine. Born in 2009 with the desire to push even further the search for delicacy and elegance on the palate as well as aromatic generosity on the nose, it is the signature of the Estate.
To this end, the three great terroirs of the Estate have been skilfully blended and as such Rose et Or embodies the taste of Château Minuty.
The robe: Pale with crystalline reflections
The nose: Very intense citrus fruits and white flowers
The palate: Complex with a lot of freshness and finesse which reveals notes of pink grapefruit and white peach
Exploited in sustainable agriculture, the Minuty vineyard extends over the schist soils of the maritime border with a southwest exposure in the Côtes de Provence appellation.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Serve between 8°C and 10°C, Château Minuty "Cuvée Rose et Or" rosé vintage 2023 is a rosé that can be associated with an aperitif or at the table. It will be perfect to accompany seafood, bouillabaisse, Asian cuisine, sushi, and strawberry salad with basil.
