In this 2024 vintage, the M Rosé Limited Edition by Elliott Routledge from the Minuty house establishes itself as one of the most beautiful expressions of the AOP Côtes de Provence, a terroir bathed in marine influence. Here is the tasting we conducted:
The Appearance: pale pink, crystalline, with subtle salmon reflections.
The Nose: very expressive, featuring fresh red fruits (strawberries, raspberries), citrus (grapefruit) and subtle floral notes (white flowers).
The Palate: fresh and airy, endowed with a delightful liveliness. The saline, long finish recalls the Mediterranean sea spray, offering a wine that is balanced and pure.
This 2024 vintage of M Rosé is crafted from a blend of Grenache (60%), Syrah (20%), Cinsault (15%) and Tibouren (5%). The grapes, harvested during the coolest hours of the day to preserve their aromatic character, are vinified separately at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, without any barrel aging, in order to highlight the purity and freshness of the fruit. This approach respects the maritime identity of this rosé, which draws its minerality from its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea.
With elegance, the 2024 M Rosé Limited Edition embodies the harmony between the generosity of the Southern sun and the finesse imparted by the marine influence. The aromas are clear and precise, and the palate is marked by a pleasant balance between acidity and roundness. The label, designed by the Australian artist Elliott Routledge, adds a touch of originality and modernity, making this bottle a true work of art to be shared.
12bouteilles' Recommendation: A rosé best served ideally between 8 and 10 °C. Perfect when paired with summer dishes, salads, grilled fish, or even Asian cuisine. Its freshness and elegance also make it highly appreciated as an aperitif!
