The Minuty vineyard is cultivated using sustainable agriculture and extends over the schist soils of the maritime border with a south-western exposure in the Côtes de Provence appellation.
Tasting notes of the 2023 vintage
The color is deep and dense with purple reflections.
The nose is complex with notes of spices (cumin), flowers (violet) and blackcurrant.
The palate is fine and silky. Tannins coated in a crisp, round and greedy flesh.
Serving suggestions for 12 bottles: Serve between 16°C and 18°C. Château Minuty "Cuvée Rouge et Or" vintage 2023 is perfect with a nice rib of beef or a leg of lamb.
