Château Montus 2015 white
Sud-Ouest - Pacherenc du vic-bilh - White Wine -Château Montus Blanc 2015, a wine from the Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh appellation, delivers a floral and fruity bouquet on the nose. on the palate the Petit Courbu grape variety brings silkiness and fruity notes while the Petit Menseng offers minerality. Aging in barrels on lees for 12 months gives a woody, vanilla, elegant and gentle touch.
Alain Brumont recommends drinking his wine with fish such as sea bass and turbot and white meats in the first years then with foie gras after 6 years.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Delicious to drink now, this 2015 vintage will perfectly accompany your white-fleshed fish. Serve the wine around 10°C, if possible decant the bottle one hour before serving and keep refrigerated.
