Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Cru Classé - Red Wine -In this 2019 vintage, Château red is a wine of remarkable elegance, one of Jeb Dunnuck's wines of the vintage.
The grapes produced were ripe, rich and very aromatic.
To the eye, the color is ruby red, almost black with purple reflections.
On the nose it is a mixture of black fruits and spices that emerge
On the palate, the attack is frank, all in roundness, fruity and harmonious ending with silky tannins.
Blend : 50% Cabernet Sauvignon , 50% Merlot.
Ageing : 90% in new French oak barrels, 10% in tuns.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Forget this bottle for a few years in your cellar, it will improve with the years. If you decide to taste it, decant it at least 6 hours before tasting it, serve the wine chilled around 16-16°c. It will go perfectly with your red meats, game meat and cheese platters.
