Château Pape Clément 2021 Blanc
Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Cru Classé - White Wine -Château Pape Clément Blanc 2021 is a fresh, round wine with good acidity, very fruity, elegant and with a fine finish.
The colour is bright, pale yellow with a hint of gold.
The nose releases aromas of white fruit such as peach, followed by citrus, grapefruit and exotic fruit.
Long on the palate, with grapefruit notes and a lovely freshness typical of Sauvignon Blancs.
Blend: 70% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Sémillon
Vinification: 85% in French oak barrels and foudres, 15% in oval cement vats. Aged on fine lees with regular stirring of the lees.
12bottle suggestion: Decant the bottle at least 2 hours before serving and serve chilled at around 10°C. It goes perfectly with fatty fish and certain cheeses.
