A crimson colour with purple highlights
On the nose, ripe black fruit, blackcurrant, cherry, followed by notes of toast and liquorice
On the palate, the attack is straightforward and fruity, with good length, freshness and great aromatic power.
The blend of the 2021 vintage is composed of 21% Merlot, 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot.
12Bouteilles advice: If you like young, fruity, crisp wines, enjoy this bottle straight away. Decant the bottle at least 6 hours before serving and serve chilled at around 18°C. It is the perfect accompaniment to red meats and cheeses.
