Bordeaux - Pauillac - 2nd Wine - Red Wine -This Pauillac 2nd Cru Classé, Château Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande, covers 85 hectares and has the particularity of having 11 hectares of vines in the commune of Saint Julien. Its very special grape varieties give it an exceptional personality marked by elegance, balance and finesse.
Pichon Comtesse Réserve its second wine is one of the most renowned and indisputable wines of the Bordeaux vineyard.

Composed of 60% Cabernet sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot and 2% Cabernet Franc, the 2017 Reserve de La Comtesse is very deep garnet-purple colored and opens with expressive cassis, dark chocolate, violets and sichuan pepper notions with hints of black olives ans hoisin. Medium-bodied, it's elegant, fresh and chewy in the mouth with a long, earthy finish.
Tip for 12bouteilles: Open the bottle 1 hour before tasting. Serve chilled around 17°C, it will be the perfect accompaniment to your red meats and hard cheeses.
