Pauillac's 5th Classified Growth, managed by Alfred Tesseron and his team, Château Pontet-Canet is today one of the best wines in Bordeaux. The property extends over 120 hectares, 81 of which are planted with the 4 great Médoc grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 62%, Merlot 32%, Cabernet Franc 4%, Petit Verdot 2%. Château Pontet Canet produces a wine from organic and biodynamic farming. The wines are pure marvels and the 2018 vintage is no exception to the rule.

Tasting notes :

The dress : beautiful deep and intense purple red colour

Nose : Reveals notes of prunes and black fruits.

The palate: In line with the nose, we find an expressive mouth on black fruits, with velvety tannins and a sublime length!

The suggestion for 12 bottles: To appreciate its full potential and release its aromas, decant it 2 hours before serving. Accompany it with a sublime piece of beef.
