Château Puech-Haut, Clos du Pic 2019
Languedoc - Pic Saint-Loup - Red Wine -Clos du Pic from Château Puech Haut is made from a blend of Grenache and Syrah, this 2019 vintage is adorned with a beautiful limpid and brilliant rose petal color.
Purple in color, the following nose is flattering. Notes of black raspberries, grilled spices, cassis and even a hint of vanilla fat, toasted wood
Gourmet and generous, the palate presents aromas of raspberry and strawberry with floral notes of rose and white flower. With a beautiful aromatic richness, homogeneous, subtle acidity, the finish is breathtaking with a seductive woodiness.
La Clos du Pic Rouge is a rare cuvée with barely 5000 bottles per year, a jewel in this wonderful vintage.
The wines are aged in new barrels for the Syrah and in two-wine barrels for the Grenache.
This Pic Saint Loup will be fabulous over the next 7-8 years. Hats off to the Puech-Haut team, to the consultant Philippe Cambie for this exceptional wine!
Château Puech Haut a 165-hectare estate located in the Languedoc appellation, produces Clos du Pic, a beautiful wine full of elegance, perfect for special moments.
The advice of 12bouteilles: This great Languedoc wine is served between 16 ° C and 18 ° C, it will be perfect with Mediterranean dishes and your barbecues
