Château Puech-Haut, Tête de Bélier 2023 Rosé

Languedoc - Languedoc - Rosé wine -

The Rosé wine Tête de Belier 2023 from château Puech-Haut  is a rosé wine from the Languedoc appellation, the largest wine region in France.
The color of this 2023 vintage is rose petal color, the nose gives off aromas of fruit and citrus. A touch of vanilla in the finish.
On the palate, the wine has a beautiful aromatic complexity of fruit, flowers and vanilla.

We have a crush on this rosé, a gastronomy rosé perfect to accompany your fish and seafood dinners., You will appreciate this balanced wine with very fresh and round fruity aromas, an upheaval of the senses supported by citrus fruits and honey of acacias.

A blend of Mourvèdre, Surah and Grenache, the alcoholic fermentations take place in stainless steel vats, followed by vinification and aging in Burgundy barrels for the Mourvèdre and the Syrah.

The advice of 12bouteilles: We encourage you to taste this fresh wine with grilled fish, salads, prawns or white meat in sauce. Serve chilled around 10°C.
