Château Sociando Mallet 2010
Bordeaux - Haut Médoc - Red Wine -Château Sociando Mallet 2010 is no exception to the vintage rule in Bordeaux, it is a very successful wine. Without doubt the best unclassified wines of the Haut Médoc appellation.
It's a classic for connoisseurs of patients, this Château Sociando Mallet 2010 is uncompromising and offers all the expected quality in the vintage. The dense color is violet, the complex bouquet offers hints of graphite, blueberries and raspberries blacks, a hint of cassis, licorice and wet rocks. On the palate the wines are full-bodied and very powerful, this great wine needs at least 8 to 10 years in bottle to reach its peak and should stay there for a decade or more.
The advice of 12bouteilles: A sublime Haut Médoc that had to be forgotten in the cellar a few years, in 2017 it starts to be really fabulous, open and decant 1 hour before, offer him a great dish with duck you will be subjugated.
