Bordeaux - Médoc - Red Wine -This Clarendelle Médoc 2016 is an exceptional vintage in the Médoc because the climatic conditions allowed this slow and full ripening of the Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is also characterised by excellent Merlot.
Tasting notes :
The dress : A beautiful dark and dense red colour.
The nose : reveals black cherry aromas.
The palate: The same fruity aromas with woody notes. Endowed with a fragile tannic structure, the wine is greedy, balanced, very elegant, ample and powerful.
The suggestion for 12 bottles: Accompany it with a grilled rib of beef. Decant it before drinking. Serve at 15°C
By the way: Founded in 2005 by Prince Robert of Luxembourg, Clarendelle, inspired by Haut-Brion, is a family of blended wines made from traditional Bordeaux grape varieties. The diversity of the blends allows for wines of very high quality, which express all the characteristics of the vintage.
