Tasting notes :
Dress: a beautiful dark colour
Nose: reveals notes of ripe cherry with a superb woody approach because of its finesse.
Taste :Generous and dense on the palate, revealing a length of red berries and vanilla.
The suggestion for 12 bottles: Ready to drink, the most patient can wait for it until 2023. Serve it between 16°C and 18°C, with a good duck breast for a perfect harmony.
