La Petite Sibérie 2018 - Clos des Fées
Languedoc - Côtes du Roussillon - Red Wine -In this 2018 vintage, La petite Sibérie is a very great wine with complex aromas, vanilla on the attack then dominated by red fruits. On the palate, it is the finesse of the wine that surprises because despite the still tight tannins, the balance is perfect between the freshness and the incredible length.
The 96% noir, 2% Mourvèdre and 2% blend comes from a single plot of old vines on the southern slope of an east-west facing hill.
The plot is crossed more than 200 days a year by an icy wind coming from the northwest.
Appellation Côtes de Roussillon villages, "La Petite Sibérie" is a very great wine from the Domaine des Clos des Fées, which will make you live an unforgettable experience!
An endearing wine, extremely changeable, breathtakingly long
The advice of 12bouteilles: This great wine of "Clos des Fees" requires time to reveal all its facets. With a 30 year aging potential, it will flourish for at least 10 years.
