A crimson colour with violet highlights
A nose of ripe red fruit, raspberries, followed by woody notes
A clean, fruity attack on the palate, combined with good length and plenty of freshness. An elegant finish with silky tannins.

The blend of the 2021 vintage is 90% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc
The 2020 vintage was matured for 16 months in French oak barrels, 50% of which were new and 48% in one-wine barrels.
12bouteilles advice : A wine that deserves to wait a few years in your cellar before being opened. Decant the bottle at least 6 hours before serving, and serve chilled at around 18°C. This bottle is the perfect accompaniment to red meats and cheeses.
