The Pagodes de Cos is the second wine of Château Cos d'Estournel Saint Estèphe 2nd Cru Classé.
The wine produced in this 2015 vintage Pagodes de Cos is silky, fat, full-bodied. It has a beautiful intense red color almost black. The nose is well fruity with aromas of black fruit well-walled like cherry and a nice freshness. On the palate it is a gourmand wine, long, persistent. The tannins are silky and fine.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Decant this bottle at least 2 hours before serving it, serve it cool around 17°C. Let yourself be tempted by a platter of charcuterie as an aperitif!
