The 2022 vintage stands out for its exceptional character, the fruit of a great year marked by concentrated ripeness and high sugar levels. As a result, this 2022 vintage presents 32 g/l of residual sugars and reveals aromas of beeswax, apricot and wheat.
Tasting note :
Dress : pretty intense and bright golden color
Nose : a complex aromatic through a mature maturity evolving on notes of honey, apricot and wheat.
The palate : this vintage is deep, balanced and delicious, revealing beautiful flavors and a beautiful finish with persistent aromas.
The 12bouteilles advice : To be served between 10 and 12°C, this wine requires storage in the cellar at a temperature below 14°C due to its low sulfur content, in order to guarantee its quality and longevity. It goes perfectly with dishes such as endive with ham with black truffle, or creamed poultry with white Alba truffle.
