Cuvelier Los Andes Vintage Grand Malbec 2014 is a 100% Malbec single-varietal wine, the emblematic grape variety of Argentina.
This wine is made with the help and advice of Michel Rolland.
Vinification: 7 to 10 days at 28 ° C in stainless steel vats. Once the vats are full, the grapes undergo a maceration before the alcoholic fermentation begins. It takes between 30 and 40 days.
Aging: 100% in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Tasting: Deep purple color with an amazing aromatic screen of toast, mineral aromas, coffee, black cherries and black raspberries. Elegant in the mouth, succulent black fruits, depth and serious concentration, this wine is quite fleshy.
The advice of 12bouteilles.com : Decant this bottle at least 2 hours before the tasting so that the aromas find their fullness. Serve chilled around 18 ° C. This bottle will go perfectly with your red meats, especially lamb and mutton.
