An emblematic cuvée by name and by its production. Made from a blend of grape varieties from the greatest Chardonnay, Pinot and Pinot Meunier vines on the Domaine's finest plots.
The dress: magnificent crystalline and pure color with golden reflections
The nose: reveals aromas of brioche, yellow fruits and white flowers with a touch of almond
Palate: A rich and ample attack. A creamy texture is carried by a nice tension. We then find the fruity aromas of the nose.
The Cuvée William Deutz is a tribute from the Deutz house to the founder of the domaine.
This champagne is a blend of 77% Pinot Noir from Bouzy, Aÿ, Mailly bet Verzenay, 20% Chardonnay from Avize and 3% Pinot Meunier from Venteuil.
The advice of 12bouteilles: Enjoy it as an aperitif but also with iodised dishes. Serve chilled 8°-10°C
