After 8 years of development in the cellar, this 2012 vintage is today for the Dom Pérignon house a very rich vintage, the fruits of which are very expressive. A very interesting vintage where each grape variety, each plot has contributed what makes its complexity.
All the vintages are therefore unique, singular and reinterpreted from year to year and this is one of the reasons that make Dom Pérignon champagnes so exceptional. This 2012 vintage of Dom Pérignon is blended from Chardonnay and Pinot noir.
Tasting note:
The nose is very aromatic, mixing aromas of flowers, fruits such as apricots and then spices such as white pepper.
Beautiful power on the palate from the start, the bubbles are very fine, invigorating. The finish is elegant with flavors of ginger, tobacco and toast.
A sublime champagne that will make you love Dom Pérignon, as we do.
