Corse - Red Wine -The 2019 Imperial Minister red cuvée is produced by Abbatucci Domain in "Vin de France". The vines lead in biodynamic agriculture are oriented north, northwest and grow on a granitic to sandy-silty soil.
This collection cuvée comes from a Sciaccarello blend and old varieties (nielluccio, morescola, morescono, montanaccia, carcajolo nero and aléatico).
This 2019 vintage is adorned with a beautiful black cherry dress and light ruby reflections. The very attractive nose is articulated by notes of sour red fruits of currant and blackcurrant style. The palate is ample and is characterized by fine woody and empyreumatic notes. The tannins are silky and perfectly accompany this beautiful minerality so characteristic of the domain. A structured, complex wine with a persistent finish.
