The extended aging process, lasting between 15 and 20 months, imparts great complexity to the wines, which combine finesse with remarkable persistence.
Located in Meursault, the Domaine Boisson-Vadot is a hidden gem cherished by wine enthusiasts. Since Bernard Boisson’s retirement in 2016, the estate has been managed by his two children, Anne and Pierre. Both craft exceptional wines under their own names, bringing innovation while respecting the values established by their father.
Pierre Boisson oversees 3.5 hectares of vineyards, including the renowned parcels "Les Charrons" and "Monthélie". He opts for long aging in old barrels to preserve the purity and elegance of the wine.
As for Anne Boisson, she owns 1.5 hectares of vineyards spread across the villages of Meursault and Auxey-Duresses. Her heritage has made her a true ambassador of the new generation of female winemakers in Meursault. She primarily produces white wines under the Bourgogne Aligoté and Meursault Premier Cru appellations.
