Burgundy - Aligote - White Wine -The Aligoté Doré 2020 is a wine produced by the Domaine Boris Champy in Burgundy, more precisely in the Aligoté appellation. It is the fruit of small parcels located on the heights of the Hautes-Côtes, at an altitude of more than 400 meters. This certified organic and biodynamic wine is made from old massal selections of aligoté, called "doré". The complexity of this wine comes from the maturity of its vines as well as from the great diversity of soils, marl and clay on limestone slab. A wine that corresponds well to the spirit of the estate: a constant search for freshness and elegance.
