Boris Champy : Hautes-Côtes de Beaune "Montagne 382" 2021 white
Burgundy - Haute Côte de Beaune - White Wine -The Hautes-Côtes de Beaune "Montagne 382" white 2020 is a wine produced in the Burgundy region, by the Domaine Boris Champy. The name on the label comes from the altitude at which the parcel of Chardonnay is perched but from the "Montagne de Cras", Crag meaning pebbles in Celtic. The parcel rests on a rich soil, both stony and clayey.
Tasting notes:
The robe: pale yellow robe with golden reflections
The nose: citrus fruits, white flowers, some notes of honey
The palate: generous, ample, chiselled
The advice of 12Bouteilles: a superb wine that can accompany you from the aperitif to the meal, especially with fatty fish or hard cheese.
