Burgundy - Beaune - 1er Cru - Red Wine -In this 2018 vintage, the Clos des Mouches red 2018 from Domaine Chanson is a magnificent Beaune 1er cru of very high quality.
The color is ruby red with purple reflections
The nose reveals red fruits (cherry, blackcurrant), aromas of undergrowth and mushrooms.
On the palate the wine is full, long with a lot of aromatic depth, the tannins are silky and very fine.
Blend : 100% pinot noir.
Ageing : 14 months in new French oak barrels
The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant the bottle at least 6 hours before tasting it, serve the wine chilled around 16-18°c. It will go perfectly with your red meats and cheeses.
