Burgundy - Beaune - 1er Cru - White Wine -In this 2020 vintage, Le Clos des Mouches white is exceptional, a wine with a magnificent structure and infinite length in the mouth.
The robe is a brilliant pale yellow.
The nose is both floral and complex, after aeration the fruity aromas develop towards intense notes of hazelnut and toasted almond.
The mouth is long and full with a nice vivacity, a great richness
Blend : 100% Chardonnay
Ageing : 14 months in new French oak barrels
The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant the bottle at least 2 hours before tasting it, serve the wine chilled around 12°c. It will go perfectly with foie gras.
Clos des Mouches from Domaines Chandon is also available in red wine 100% pinot noir.
