Tasting note of the 2022 vintage:
The color: deep yellow gold
The nose: candied fruit, acacia, saffron and a touch of honey.
The palate: rich, velvety, with a long, vibrant finish and impressive acidity.
Tip for 12bouteilles : Drink now or cellar for 10 years or so, this Crozes-Hermitage from the Côtes du Rhône will go perfectly with white meats, seafood and world cuisines.
Located in the commune of Pont-de-l'Isère, Domaine Combier produces magnificent wines in the Crozes-hermitage appellation. A forerunner in organic farming, the estate has 25 hectares of vines, all planted and replanted using massal selection to preserve the typicity of the grape varieties.
