Bordeaux - Pessac-Leognan - Cru Classé - White Wine -Domaine de Chevalier white 2019 has a beautiful golden yellow color, the nose reveals aromas of white fruits (peach) then citrus fruits (grapefruit). On the palate the wine is long, fat with a nice acidity. What always impresses us with the white wines of Domaine de Chevalier is the length in the mouth that we only find with great white wines from Burgundy.
Blend : 70% Sauvignon, 30% Semillon
The advice of 12bouteilles : Decant this bottle 2 hours before tasting, keep it cool to serve it at 8°C, this still young wine will go wonderfully with all your white-fleshed fish, surprise yourself on a cheese platter.
