The palate: has a lovely unctuous texture, with plenty of richness and fruity notes that retain great freshness and tension. A powerful wine with persistent length and a fine mineral character.
Located in Léognan, capital of the Graves, the Domaine de Chevalier is the flagship product of the appellation Pessac Léognan the estate is one of the elite Grands Crus Classés of Bordeaux. It is made from a blend of grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc (70%) and Semillon (30%).
12bouteilles advice: Decant this bottle 2h before tasting, keep it in a cool place to serve at 8°C, this still young wine will go wonderfully with all your white-fleshed fish, surprise yourself with a cheese platter.
