The nose gives off a superb aromatic bouquet dominated by very floral notes and white-fleshed fruit.
On the palate, the attack is straightforward, racy with magnificent citrus aromas perfectly balanced by a lovely mineral framework. The finish extends these delicious aromas with length and elegance.
This bio elegant rosé, with its pale "rose petal" colour, is a great rosé wine that is pure, fresh and remarkably full-bodied. A singular character, born of a subtle blend of the fresh, mountainous character of the Ventoux, the spicy, sun-kissed aromatics of the Alpilles and the softness of the Luberon, making it both a wine for aperitifs and the ideal companion to a meal.
The advice of 12Bouteilles: To be served chilled between 8°C and 10°C, it is perfect as an aperitif with shellfish.
This exceptional rosé wine is the result of a meeting between Patrick Bruel (owner of Domaine de Leos) and Nicolas Jaboulet (Maison & Domaines les Alexandrins). The authentic taste and passion for the terroirs that brought them together enabled them to go further in their quest for a wine of excellence, with the ambition of making a rosé wine in the same way as Nicolas Jaboulet makes his great Hermitage white wines.
