Burgundy - Mercurey - Red Wine -Les Montots is a locality with fairly pronounced hillsides, facing south, and planted with a selection of fine Pinot Noir, chosen for its aromatic qualities and moderate yield. Produced by the Domaine de Villaine, the Mercurey Les Montots 2019 is a true Mercurey, robust and vigorous, which opens gradually with age and reveals all its aromas. It can easily be kept for 15 to 20 years.

Dress : sublime and deep ruby colour
Nose: reveals aromas of finesse and freshness
Palate: delicate raspberry juice with silky and ripe tannins. The balance between fruit, acidity and alcohol gives it a happy aromatic and gustatory complexity.
The advice of 12bouteilles : Serve at around 18 degrees with red meat, game and many cheeses.
