The view reveals a pretty golden color with silver reflections.
The nose offers a magnificent floral bouquet with notes of white flowers, almonds and orange blossom accompanied by a slight woody side.
The palate reveals a powerful and unique style, linked to a balance that is very smooth. The palate is full-bodied with a nice acidity. The aromas are elegant, buttery, very fruity with a vegetal side and citrus notes. The finish is short but in perfect harmony with the characteristics of this product.

The estate is located in Meursault and has 12 hectares of vineyards in total, spread over different appellations such as Meursault, Pommard, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, Saint-Aubin and Puligny-Montrachet. The vinification is carried out through traditional methods in order to guarantee an exceptional wine. For several vintages, Domaine Fabien Coche works in Bio with for main concern to preserve the nature of soils.
The advice 12bouteilles: This 2020 vintage will be ideal for a tasting accompanied by shellfish, salmon papillote, Tahitian salad (white tuna, yellowfin tuna) or for the aperitif with a plate of soft cheese and mole paste. You can drink it as well in its youth, as in 8 to 10 years.
