This Grenache Gris 2021 vintage has a lovely freshness. A great white wine, balanced and full of minerality.
The nose has a beautiful aromatic intensity with notes of white fruits, citrus fruits and a slightly smoky mineral touch.
The palate is pleasant and elegant, with a lot of freshness, saline touches and ample flavours brought by a magnificent ageing on the lees which prolongs the persistence with harmony and elegance..
The blend for the 2021 vintage is 100% Grenache gris.
Vinification without sulphites in concrete vats.
Matured on the lees for 9 months before bottling.
