Burgundy - Puligny Montrachet - White Wine -Puligny-Montrachet Les Nosroyes 2020 comes from the Les Nosroyes plot with a surface area of 1.13 hectares, located in the middle of a hillside to the north of the famous village of great white wines in Burgundy. La Nouroy was once a place where walnut trees were grown, trees which particularly like limestone soils and humidity, just like this vine.

This sublime single-plot cuvée is made from Chardonnay (100%) in the prestigious Puligny-Montrachet appellation.
The subsoil is made up of limestone slabs, while on the surface, the fine earth is mixed with numerous white limestone stones.
The wines are aged for 12 months in oak barrels. Then, they are sub-drawn and transferred to vats for the last phase of aging, which lasts an additional 6 months.
Domaine Génot-Boulanger is a sublime vineyard planted in the heart of the Côte de Beaune, in Meursault. Initiated by a family of Parisian pharmacists, who had the ambition of creating an estate in one of the high places of Burgundian viticulture, Domaine Génot Boulanger was founded in 1974. Charles-Henri Génot and his wife Marie (née) Boulanger, acquired their first plot of vines in Mercurey. Over the years, the vineyard has continued to expand through the acquisition of new plots in Meursault "Clos du Cromin", in Chassagne-Montrachet, in Volnay, Pommard and even Beaune.
