About the estate: From a family of winemakers living on the Côte Rôtie for 6 generations, Jean Michel Gérin is one of the great signatures of the Rhône that we are proud to distribute. His Côte-Rôtie, Saint Joseph and are all reference cuvées among the most precise and most chiseled in the Rhône valley.
Tasting Note:
Dress: Deep purple color
The nose: Note of intense black fruit, chocolate and pepper
Palate: rich, structured, long. We find notes of spices, slightly smoked. An impressive tannic richness which confirms an immense aging potential.
A 5 * vintage rated 97/100 by Vinous, 92-94 / 100 by Parker and 17 by Jancis Robinson.
