Rhone Valley - Côte-Rôtie - Red Wine -Côte Rôtie, this cuvée Côte-Bodin 2021 vintage is the newborn cuvée of Jean Michel Gerin's. It is a sumptuous Côte-Rôtie, of balance and impressive length. Each year we are impressed by this chiseled cuvée, of rare precision.
Following the acquisition of this plot, operated for 30 years by the estate, 2018 marks the birth of this new plot cuvée from Maison Gerin. The new plot at the estate. Planted 30 years ago by Jean-Michel, this schist terroir has extended the family of our Côte-Rôtie.
Tasting Note:
The Dress: Deep purple color
The nose: with aromas of intense black fruit, chocolate and pepper
The palate: rich, complex, long.
The advice of 12bouteilles: How to miss the last born of the domain, a little new one born under the sign of the conversion to agriculture started by the domain in 2020! We recommend pairing it with dishes such as poultry or game! To keep for a few years!
