The robe: pinot color, red reflections
The nose: fine, elegant and floral (notes of violets)
The mouth: freshness, melted and velvety tannin, beautiful length
The advice of 12bouteilles: perfect with white meat or red meat (entrecote). Can be appreciated now if you like Pinots in their youth and on the crunchy fruit, even if 1 to 2 years of ageing in more will allow him to express himself at best.
