Provence - Vin de France - Red Wine -Le Grand Blanc 2016 is a great organic white wine produced by Domaine Milan. It's a blend of Grenache blanc, Rolle, Roussanne, Chardonnay, Muscat and Petit Grains from silty-clay soils with a subsoil of blue marl. Fermentation takes place without yeast, fining or filtration. Ageing lasts around 12 months in barrels on fine lees, then a year in vats.
