Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2017 Domaine Paul Pillot
Burgundy - Red Wine -Domaine Paul Pillot is located in the heart of the Chassagne-Montrachet region, on 13 hectares in the towns of Chassagne-Montrachet, Saint Aubin and Santenay.
The Burgundy Pinot Noir comes from the vines, as its name indicates, from Pinot Noir and a reasoned cultivation.
The year 2017 has seen idyllic weather conditions that have benefited the Burgundy vineyards, which gives us this Burgundy Pinot Noir 2017 which is an elegant and fruity wine, a magnificent representative of the appellation.
Tasting notes :
The dress : Deep garnet red colour.
The nose : we find notes of red and black fruits.
The palate : Reveals a lot of complexity and freshness with a nice volume on the palate.
The advice of 12 bottles: The wine reaches its peak between 2020 and 2023. It is ready to drink and we advise you to accompany it with a nice piece of entrecote.
