Burgundy - Red Wine -This Burgundy De Sousa 2019 is a Burgundy red wine produced by Domaine Petit Roy. It is a 100% Pinot Noir wine from vines grown biodynamic on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are hand-picked and macerated with 100% of the stems and matured in used oak barrels. We were seduced by its elegance, freshness and fruitiness.
Tasting note :
Dress : rich in color, with a purple color with ruby reflections.
Nose : Reveals wonderful aromas of red and black fruits.
The palate : We find an elegant wine which is at the same time fresh and deep with present and delicate tannins.
