Domaine Rémi Jobard : Meursault 1er Cru Le Poruzot-Dessus 2020
Burgundy - Meursault - 1er Cru - White Wine -Meursault 1er Cru "Le Poruzot Dessus" 2020 of Rémi Jobard is located at the top of a hill between 230 and 280 m altitude, very rich in clay. Fermentation and aging take place in Austrian barrels, 25% new for 12 months. All the ingredients for an exquisite and complex bouquet are found in "Le Poruzot Dessus".
The Domaine Rémi Jobard, wishing to produce precise and exquisite wines, has made some changes since 1991 when he took over the domain: the work of the vineyard was done entirely by hand, and the yield was greatly reduced. He opened the vineyard to the path of organic farming. This series of changes brought the necessary fresh air to the Domaine and its wines. In a few years, Rémi Jobard has changed his Meursault vineyard and provided fine wines.
Tasting notes:
The dress: is adorned with a bright lemon yellow color
The nose: reveals fine aromas of citrus, orchard fruits and dried fruits wrapped in a delicious brioche, accompanied by notes of lime and roasted almonds
The palate: ample, the mouth is racy, with a noble freshness and balanced flavors. Fine bitters and lemony notes on the finish for a pleasure that lasts
