Domaine Rémi Jobard : Meursault 1er Cru "Le Poruzot-Dessus" 2022
Burgundy - Meursault - 1er Cru - White Wine -This Meursault 1er Cru "Le Poruzot Dessus" 2022 is a 100% organic Chardonnay produced by Domaine Rémi Jobard. Located at the top of a hill between 230 and 280m above sea level, the soil is very rich in clay. Fermentation and ageing takes place in Austrian barrels, 25% new for 12 months. All the ingredients for an exquisite, complex bouquet are to be found in this wine.
Tasting notes:
The robe: Bright lemon-yellow
The nose: Reveals fine aromas of citrus, orchard fruit and dried fruit, wrapped in a delicious brioche, accompanied by notes of lime blossom and toasted almonds
The palate: To fully enjoy this wine, serve it at a serving temperature of 10 to 12°C; it has an aging potential of 10 to 15 years and goes perfectly with starters, foie gras, fish or cheese.

Domaine Rémi Jobard produces precise, exquisite wines. The vines were worked entirely by hand, and yields were greatly reduced. He opened the vineyard to organic farming.
